Return & Exchange Policy

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all sets that have not been worn or tampered with when you receive the order. If the hair quality & hair color & hair length is not right, please e-mail us at service@rebeccahair.com to initiate your return and we will be more than happy to assist you further.

Under these conditions, returns/exchange are accepted:

  1. The items are not used, undamagedwith their original tags and their original packaging. With the hair uncut, unbleached, color unchanged, and the lace remaining untouched (without any cutting or secondary trimming).

Please note that wigs are personal items that directly touch the scalp and we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our customers. Therefore, we are unable to accept used wigs for return.

  1. Within 30 days counted from the day package was delivered.
  2. Item is not on a flash sale or limited sale.

Notes:

  1. The buyer bears shipping back cost, except when wrong items are sent or there’s an obvious quality problem when delivered.
  2. The case that returning/exchangeitems without contacting the seller is not accepted.
  3. If you need to return/exchange the item, Plz contact us with providing additional details, such as the reasons for returning and any relevant pictures, which will help us expedite the process.
  4. Our customer service will provide the return address after your return request or exchange request is approved.
  5. Please don't return the package to the sender address listed on the package.
  6. The refund would be made in 1-2 Business days the way it's paid after we get the return package and have the item checked, we will keep you updated by email on the refund process. The refund usually takes a different time back to your account/card,please contact the card/bank to check.
  7. We will arrange the new order delivery after we have received, and confirmed that the returned hair products can be also used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. And after shipping, Usually orders take 3-7business days to be delivered with standard shipping.
  8. Flash sale or limited sale items are final sale, no return/exchange/refund accepted.

Issues include but are not limited to, dying of the hair, over-bleached the knots, too much heat, high-temperature water, usage of harsh products, and poor maintenance.
